We are delighted to share that Enable Ability has been awarded £500 from the Wessex Community Bank ‘Community Fund’ to support our upcoming Christmas Fair on Sunday 7th December at Landport Community Centre.
This generous funding will go directly towards two of the highlights of the day:
🐑 A mobile farm for families to enjoy up close, and
🎅 Thoughtfully chosen Santa’s Grotto gifts for children- not only for those who use our services, but also for local families who might otherwise go without the magical experience of visiting Father Christmas.
Our Christmas Fair is a vibrant, inclusive community celebration that usually welcomes 150-200 people, many of whom are from marginalised backgrounds or families facing financial challenges. Thanks to this funding, we’ll be able to make the day extra special, bringing joy and festive cheer to those who need it most.
