The Enable Ability teams conspired today to say an immense thank-you to Michelle Morgan who has been running the Playscheme service for an amazing 20 years.
Making the Playscheme service a success is never an easy task during the holiday period, needing to plan an extensive and varied programme of activities during the days, hiring enough staff to meet the needs of our service users and taking the flack when spaces just aren’t enough for the many families we support in partnership with Portsmouth City Council.
Michelle leads a team of dedicated senior staff to create the positive outcomes we achieve for our young service users with disabilities and this year has been no exception.
The staff and Trustees at Enable Ability raise their glasses to Michelle to pay tribute to her time in the role and pay thanks for her endurance in such a key role.
Well done Michelle you are a star!
